  • Design and develop engaging IGCSE curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and activities that align with the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) standards.


  • Utilize instructional design principles to create interactive and effective learning experiences, incorporating diverse teaching methodologies to cater to varied learning styles.


  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology, fostering professional growth.


  • LMS Management: Oversee the full architecture of the ensuring all modules, including Class Streams, Portfolios, and Progress Reports, are correctly configured.


  • Curriculum Mapping: Efficiently map Cambridge standards for Lower Secondary (Years 7–9) and IGCSE (Years 10–11) into comprehensive units.


  • AI Feature Integration: Design and implement interactive learning experiences using new LMS AI features, such as AI Tutors


  • Content Development: Utilize LMS AI and digital resources (like Cambridge textbooks) to rapidly build unit plans, assessments, and high-tech study materials.


  • Social Learning Design: Create collaborative structures and discussion forums within the LMS to foster engagement in small class cohorts.


  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all curriculum content aligns with the school's commitment to traditional family values and a safe learning environment.

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

  • Has experience working in an international school setting or educational institution, showcasing familiarity with diverse cultural contexts and educational needs.

  • Displays proficiency in using various learning management systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Canvas, or similar platforms, highlighting technical competency.

  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely, emphasizing clear communication.

  • Shows a passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging and effective learning experiences, demonstrating a proactive attitude and dedication.

  • Academic Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development for the Cambridge Curriculum (Lower Secondary and IGCSE levels).

  • Technical Mastery: Proven status with LMS and AI.

  • Speed & Efficiency: A demonstrated ability to build out standards-aligned units rapidly—shifting from "partially using" to "fully implemented" at a fast pace.

  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Skilled in using tools for educational asset creation and familiar with AI tools for instructional design.

  • Remote Work Capability: Highly organized and self-motivated to work remotely, with a focus on delivering high-quality, professional results within the established budget.
