Master Data Management
Create, standardize, and maintain Item Master records, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
Ensure data integrity across procurement, inventory, and clinical systems (e.g., UOM, pricing, categorization, coding).
Conduct routine item master audits, cleanup, and harmonization activities.
Ensure synchronization between ERP, procurement systems, and external catalog integrations.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Develop internal performance and quality metrics that measure functional service levels (Planning, Procurement & Logistics).
Produce dashboards, reports, and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor key supply chain KPIs (e.g., stock availability, lead time performance, procurement turnaround, contract compliance).
Identify trends, variances, and risks through data analysis and propose corrective actions.
Vendor & Contract Governance
Manage the vendor registration and onboarding process, including qualification and compliance documentation.
Coordinate vendor visits and maintain vendor performance records.
Support contract evaluation, implementation, and compliance monitoring.
Monitor contract pricing, discrepancies, renewals, and utilization patterns.
Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure accessibility for stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between supply chain and Business Intelligence/IT to develop and refine analytics tools.
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operational departments to ensure smooth item standardization.
Facilitate Product Review & Standardization Committee activities, including documentation and follow-up.
Data & ERP Optimization
Develop and enforce data governance standards within the supply chain.
Support testing, validation, and implementation of new ERP modules, upgrades, or process improvements.
Maintain user access controls, approval workflows, and security compliance within supply chain systems.
Work with Informatics team to implement automation for replenishment, forecasting, expiry monitoring, slow-non moving items monitoring and exception alerts.
