Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and interior design for luxury hotels, resorts, and branded residences.
• Translate client vision into innovative design concepts that align with brand identity and global hospitality trends.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to design teams, ensuring creativity, quality, and precision in all design deliverables.
• Collaborate with international consultants, contractors, and specialists to integrate architecture, interiors, MEP, and landscape design seamlessly.
• Conduct design coordination meetings to resolve challenges and maintain alignment with client objectives and project timelines.
• Select and specify high-end materials, finishes, and furnishings that embody luxury, comfort, and brand sophistication.
• Oversee preparation of detailed design documentation, construction drawings, and presentation packages.
• Review and ensure compliance with international building codes, sustainability standards, and PMC protocols.
• Implement robust design quality control procedures throughout all project stages.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts, incorporating feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage design budgets, schedules, and resource allocation without compromising luxury quality standards.
• Integrate sustainable design strategies and smart technologies into hospitality environments.
• Stay current with international hospitality trends and innovations to continuously elevate project outcomes.
