Job Summary

Looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Officer to drive brand growth and engagement. This role involves managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and convert them into paying customers.
2. Build and maintain a strong online presence through effective social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
3. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the business's reach and revenue streams.
4. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
5. Plan and execute online events and webinars to engage the target audience and generate leads.
6. Analyze digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
7. Create engaging content, including newsletters, infographics, and marketing materials, to support business objectives.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor degree and / or professional certificates in digital marketing, sales, journalism, social media management.
• 5 years of experience of which 3 years -at least- working in the international development sector and development orgnaizations.
• Proven experience in mass-media advertising and mass outreach using online tools and tactics.
• Experience in marketing and promoting platforms that are subscription and membership-based.
• Excellent networking skills and capacity in creating online community connections
• Creative online content writing
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Professional and confident communication skills in English (written and verbal)
