Developing and implementing innovative digital media strategies that contribute to enhancing the Authority's position on digital platforms and increasing interaction with the public, through the production of attractive and diverse digital content, and ensuring its effective dissemination.
General tasks
1. Contributing to the development of comprehensive plans and strategies for digital media in line with the Authority’s objectives.
2. Work closely with the media and content team to ensure coordinated efforts and achievement of common goals.
3. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital media and applying them as needed, as instructed by the department head.
4. Cooperation and coordination with other departments to ensure the consistency of content broadcasting and publishing processes and promotional activities.
5. Ensuring the quality of digital content in coordination with the relevant staff (photographers, designers, marketing department, etc.)
Specialized tasks
1. Creating and editing innovative digital content that includes text, images, and videos that meet the interests of the audience.
2. Scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms and websites, and ensuring appropriate timing for publication.
3. Use performance analysis tools to assess the success of digital content and advertising campaigns, and provide detailed reports.
4. Review and update the content periodically to ensure it remains relevant and appealing to the target audience.
5. Managing interaction with the public across social media platforms, and responding to comments and inquiries effectively.
6. Preparing, scheduling, and implementing deployment plans to ensure that objectives are achieved.
7. Performing any other job-related tasks as required by the Head of the Digital Media Department.
