Title: Director - Real Estate (Single Family Office)
Reporting to: Family Office Principal / Investment Committee / Family Office Finance Lead
Location: Dubai, UAE (with a local/international investment mandate)

Role Overview

The Director of Real Estate Investments will be responsible for building and scaling a fully integrated real estate platform for the family office.

The mandate is entrepreneurial and operational, focused on establishing and managing multiple real estate verticals including:

• Real estate acquisitions and flipping

• Brokerage operations

• Property management

• Long-term portfolio investments

• International real estate expansion

The Director will be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, executing transactions, building teams, and developing a profitable real estate business that generates both short-term transactional profits and long-term portfolio value.

This role requires a highly entrepreneurial individual with strong deal-making capabilities and the ability to build and operate a real estate platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Investment & Deal Origination

• Source off-market, distressed, and value-add opportunities.

• Focus on acquisitions below market value.

• Execute transactions across:

  • Residential real estate

  • Commercial assets

  • Development opportunities

  • International markets

• Build strong relationships with brokers, banks, developers, and property owners.

2. Real Estate Flipping Platform

Develop and manage a property flipping strategy focused on:

• Identifying undervalued assets

• Executing renovations where needed

• Rapid resale for profit

The goal is to build a consistent pipeline of profitable flip transactions.

3. Brokerage Platform

Establish and grow a brokerage operation that:

• Generates commission revenue

• Provides direct market intelligence

• Sources off-market opportunities

• Builds relationships with developers and investors

The brokerage will serve as both a revenue generator and a deal sourcing engine.

4. Property Management Platform

Develop a property management business to manage:

• Family office owned assets

• Third-party properties

This platform should generate recurring income through leasing, management fees, and maintenance services.

5. Portfolio Development

Build a diversified real estate portfolio for the family office.

Investment strategy may include:

• Income producing assets

• Value-add repositioning

• Opportunistic acquisitions

• Development partnerships

The portfolio will include both local and international investments where appropriate.

6. Team & Platform Development

• Recruit and lead key personnel across acquisitions, brokerage, and property management.

• Establish operational processes and reporting structures.

• Develop scalable systems for sourcing and executing deals.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 10+ years in real estate investments, brokerage, property management or development.

• Proven ability to source and execute profitable real estate transactions.

• Strong network within the real estate market.
