By preparing detailed drawings, assisting with quantity take-offs, coordinating with engineers and surveyors, and maintaining organized documentation, the role helps prevent errors, streamlines communication, and ensures that project submissions and execution align with client requirements and contract specifications. It directly contributes to smooth project workflows and successful tender and construction outcomes.

What You'll Drive 

Tender & Project Drawing Preparation

• Prepare detailed drawings and mark-ups based on tender documents, specifications, and design instructions.

• Produce quantity take-off drawings to support the Quantity Surveyor and Estimator.

• Assist in developing visual aids, diagrams, and layout plans for tender submissions.

• Revise drawings according to feedback from Estimators, Engineers, or Project Managers.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and MEP teams to ensure drawings contain accurate and complete information.

• Raise queries regarding unclear or missing details in tender or design documents.

• Support the tender team in clarifications and follow-ups with clients or consultants as needed.

Documentation & Version Control

• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and marked-up plans within the company network or document control system.

• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.

• Assist in archiving finalized tender or project drawings for project handover.

Technical Support

• Support site teams or project engineers with drawings during clarifications or project execution.

• Assist in producing drawings for material schedules, layouts, or construction details as required.

• Ensure accuracy and alignment of all drawings with project specifications and contract requirements.
