- Create precise technical drawings and plans using CAD software that meet project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to transform conceptual designs into workable blueprints, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients or project stakeholders, adapting to changing requirements effectively.
- Maintain organized records of all technical drawings, revisions, and project documentation for easy access and reference.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Ensure that all drawings are completed within project timelines and budgets, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Assist in training junior draughtsmen or interns, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional development within the team.

- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in drafting, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- A diploma or degree in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field is essential for a solid foundation in design principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, is a must for creating detailed and accurate drawings.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, is necessary for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
