Core Positioning: Serve as the key bridge between the Chinese headquarters and local clients in Dubai & the Middle East, overseeing order follow-up, customer relationship management, and market intelligence collection for outdoor decorative products (e.g., sculptures, fountains). Ensure seamless business execution and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities: 1. Customer Relationship Management Liaise with existing clients in Dubai and the Middle East, handling daily communications regarding order progress, product inquiries, and after-sales support to foster long-term, stable partnerships. Conduct regular client visits (offline/online) to identify latest customer needs (e.g., product designs, customization requirements, delivery timelines) and promptly relay feedback to the Chinese headquarters. 2. Full-Cycle Order Follow-Up Assist clients with order placement, contract finalization, and payment tracking. Address order-related exceptions (e.g., logistics delays, after-sales issues) proactively, collaborating with the headquarters to resolve problems efficiently and minimize customer complaints. 3. Market & Business Support Gather local market insights for outdoor decorative products in Dubai, including competitor pricing, trending designs, and policy updates Support the headquarters in organizing product promotion events, client seminars, and similar activities in Dubai, assisting with sample displays and client liaison. Develop potential clients (optional, based on company needs) by leveraging local resources to explore new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. 4. Coordination with Headquarters Synchronize client needs, order progress, and market information with the headquarters in a timely manner to ensure information symmetry. Collaborate on product localization adaptations (e.g., adjusting sculpture/fountain design details to align with local aesthetics) and provide professional recommendations.

Requirements: 1. Language Proficiency Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with the ability to conduct independent business communications and contract negotiations. Arabic proficiency is a strong plus; familiarity with local dialects or business terminology is highly desirable. 2. Experience & Competencies 1-3 years of relevant experience in foreign trade, client liaison, or sales within Dubai/the Middle East. Experience in the outdoor products, home decoration, or building materials industry is preferred. Proficient in local trade processes, customs regulations, and payment methods (e.g., L/C, T/T) in Dubai; capable of managing the full order cycle independently. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; ability to respond quickly to client needs and work effectively under pressure. 3. Local Adaptation Understanding of Dubai’s business culture and religious customs (e.g., working arrangements during Ramadan, business etiquette taboos) to avoid cultural misunderstandings impacting cooperation. Hold a valid UAE residence visa (or be willing to cooperate with work visa applications); reside in Dubai with familiarity of local transportation and office environments. 4. Other Requirements Basic knowledge of outdoor decorative products (e.g., sculptures, fountains) and the ability to quickly grasp the company’s product features. Integrity, reliability, and a strong commitment to safeguarding company interests; possess good professional ethics and customer service awareness.
