Ducting Foreman Kinematic technical services LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all ducting works including GI, P3 (pre-insulated), and flexible ducts.

• Read and interpret HVAC shop drawings and layouts.

• Allocate tasks to duct installers and technicians.

• Ensure proper installation of supply, return, fresh air, and exhaust ducts.

• Coordinate with HVAC engineers, consultants, and other MEP trades.

• Monitor material usage and raise material requests.

• Ensure compliance with HSE / safety regulations at site.

• Inspect duct fabrication quality, alignment, and leakage.

• Conduct site measurements and resolve installation issues.

• Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.

• Ensure work is executed as per SMACNA / ASHRAE standards.

• Attend site meetings and toolbox talks.

• Guide and train junior technicians.
