Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure efficient performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults or technical breakdowns quickly
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and avoid system failures
- Respond to emergencies such as alarms, hazards, and system malfunctions following established procedures
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment conditions, maintenance activities, and incidents
- Coordinate with other departments to address operational and technical requirements
- Ensure compliance with engineering safety regulations and hotel standards
- Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new systems or equipment
- Maintain tools and engineering supplies required for daily operations
- Assist in improving energy efficiency and equipment performance across the hotel

Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering fields
- Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical safety, or mechanical maintenance
- Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting engineering systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergency situations
- Good teamwork and communication skills for coordination across departments
- Computer literacy for logging reports and using maintenance systems
