الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Marketplace Account Management

  • Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and Noon Seller accounts.

  • Monitor account health metrics, seller performance, order defect rate, and customer feedback.

Product Listing & Catalog Management

  • Create and optimize Amazon and Noon product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

  • Implement SEO optimization and keyword research to improve product ranking and visibility.

  • Upload product images, A+ content, enhanced brand content, and product attributes.

Marketplace SEO & Performance Optimization

  • Optimize listings using Amazon SEO, keyword optimization, and conversion strategies.

  • Monitor product performance and improve organic search ranking and Buy Box performance.

  • Identify growth opportunities through listing improvements and catalog expansion.

Inventory & Order Management

  • Track and manage inventory levels across marketplaces to prevent stockouts.

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment and shipment tracking.

  • Manage returns, refunds, and customer claims.

Pricing Strategy & Marketplace Promotions

  • Monitor pricing and adjust pricing strategies.

  • Plan and execute Amazon deals, Noon promotions, discount campaigns, and seasonal sales.

  • Support marketplace advertising and promotional activities.

Customer Experience Management

  • Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.

  • Respond to customer queries and maintain high seller ratings.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience managing Amazon and Noon marketplaces in the GCC region.

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Noon Seller Lab, catalog management, and listing optimization.

  • Hands-on experience in inventory management, order management, and marketplace reporting.
