Electrical Foreman Plus Palace General Contracting LLC

Coordinate and supervise all electrical installation activities, including power, lighting, earthing, ELV, fire alarm, and smart home systems.

Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and local authority regulations (DEWA, Civil Defense).

Lead and manage electricians and helpers, allocating daily tasks and monitoring productivity and workmanship.

Coordinate closely with civil, architectural, and MEP teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.

Supervise and coordinate specialist subcontractors for home automation, lighting control, AV, security, and ELV systems, ensuring proper integration with electrical infrastructure.

Review and understand shop drawings of specialist systems and ensure all interface requirements (power, containment, back boxes, data points) are properly executed.

Monitor site progress, identify risks or delays, and take corrective actions to maintain the project schedule.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship, particularly for visible elements in luxury finishes.

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.

Ensure all works are completed and compliant before inspections, minimizing rework and inspection failures.

Support testing, commissioning, and final system integration, including smart home systems.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, manpower allocation, and material usage.

Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure the timely availability of materials.

Control material usage and minimize wastage.

Enforce strict HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe working practices at all times.

Support engineers during consultant and authority inspections and ensure prompt closure of comments.
