1. Build New Business Lines

Explore, validate, and launch new revenue verticals for Revent (B2B, SME IT automation, regional expansions, device lifecycle monetization, etc.)

Conduct rapid market research and test hypotheses through pilots, landing pages, calls, and partnerships.

2. Drive Cross-Functional Projects End-to-End

Work with product, tech, operations, and growth teams to bring ideas to life.

Own execution: build processes, refine workflows, and remove blockers.

3. Identify High-Leverage Opportunities

Analyze internal data, operations, and customer behavior to surface bottlenecks or white spaces.

Convert insights into actionable product features, operational improvements, or automation ideas.

4. Execute Fast, Iterate Faster

Build MVPs, test demand, measure impact, pivot as needed.

Take ownership of deliverables without waiting for instructions - think, decide, ship.

5. Work Directly with the Founders

Join strategic discussions: fundraising prep, GTM strategy, hiring, or scaling.

Represent your initiatives in investor/partner conversations as required.

6. Become a Future Leader

As initiatives grow, you will take ownership of a function or vertical.

Head of Growth / Head of Ops / Business Lead / Chief of Staff / CXO (depending on performance & alignment).
