• Design, develop, and maintain custom ERP Next applications and modules using Frappe Framework and Python.

• Customise existing ERP Next modules as per business requirements, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Accounts.

• Create and manage Doc Types, Workflows, Scripts, and RESTful APIs.

• Develop and customise Print Formats, Reports, and Dashboards using ERP Next reporting tools.

• Integrate ERP Next with third-party systems and services where required.

System Optimisation & Maintenance

• Monitor and optimise ERP Next performance, database queries, and backend services for efficiency.

• Manage MariaDB/MySQL and Redis configurations for smooth ERP operations.

• Conduct regular system updates, patches, and bench management tasks.

• Ensure proper version control using Git and implement CI/CD best practices.

AI Integration & Automation

• Explore and implement AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT API) to accelerate development and enhance code quality.

• Integrate AI APIs into ERP workflows for automation tasks such as summarisation, classification, and NLP-based solutions.

• Research and prototype AI-driven automation for repetitive coding or testing activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Accounts, HR, Logistics, Sales, and other departments to gather requirements and deploy features.

• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical documentation preparation.

• Guide internal teams on ERP Next features and best practices.

Documentation & Reporting.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, customisations, and workflows.

• Prepare technical reports, release notes, and user guides for newly developed features.

• Document integration processes and performance optimisation measures.
