EV Spare Parts Advisor HUSSEIN AHMED JAWAD LLC

Key Responsibilities

1. Parts Management & Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory of EV spare parts (battery components, controllers, inverters, motors, charging modules, wiring harnesses, etc.).

• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as required to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure proper storage of sensitive EV components (especially lithium-ion battery parts).
  

2. Parts Sourcing & Procurement

• Coordinate with OEMs and authorized suppliers for genuine EV parts.

• Raise purchase orders and track delivery schedules.

• Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement where applicable.
  

3. Technical Support & Coordination

• Assist service technicians in identifying correct parts using EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog).

• Interpret part numbers, technical diagrams, and manufacturer manuals.

• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure parts availability for scheduled jobs.
  

4. Customer Handling & Sales

• Attend to walk-in and workshop customers for parts inquiries.

• Provide accurate quotations and explain warranty coverage on EV components.

• Promote genuine parts and accessories to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
  

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain records of inward/outward parts movement.

• Ensure warranty parts are processed as per OEM guidelines.

• Follow safety procedures for handling high-voltage EV components.
