الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Oversee full event operations including build-up, daily execution, and breakdown.

  • Manage all contractors: tents, power, electrical, signage, cleaning, and logistics.

  • Coordinate F&B vendors, retail vendors, and activity partners to ensure smooth setup and compliance.

  • Lead and supervise on-ground teams including marshals, cleaners, technicians, and security.

  • Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally during the event.

  • Monitor site readiness, safety compliance, and technical requirements.

  • Maintain detailed checklists, timelines, and daily reports.

  • Act as the primary decision-maker when the Event Owner is not available.

  • Ensure all zones meet quality, safety, and operational standards throughout the festival.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • 3–5 years experience in event operations, festival management, exhibitions, or large public events.

  • Strong hands-on leadership with the ability to manage teams on-site.

  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and technical teams.

  • Solid understanding of event infrastructure: power, logistics, structures, and safety.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced outdoor environments.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work long hours during event days.

  • Arabic-speaking is a plus but not required.
