We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to act as the CEO’s trusted right hand across complex business operations and select personal matters. This is a strategic role, not a traditional administrative position. It requires a professional with a strong legal, compliance, or corporate governance background who can confidently manage sensitive, high-level responsibilities. You will operate at the center of decision-making — coordinating activities across holding companies, managing regulatory and banking processes, and serving as a key liaison with external stakeholders. Within 6–12 months, you will be expected to anticipate needs, independently handle smaller decisions, and ensure seamless execution across both corporate and selected personal priorities. This is a high-trust, high-impact role with significant exposure and long-term growth potential.

Corporate & Legal Coordination
Liaise with regulators, tax authorities, and legal counsel on matters relating to the CEO's holding companies and associated entities.
Draft, review, and coordinate formal correspondence and responses for regulatory, tax, and compliance matters.
Oversee and manage multi-jurisdictional bank account opening processes, ensuring all documentation meets KYC, AML, and compliance requirements.
Maintain organized corporate records, filings, and statutory documents for multiple entities.
Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and advisors to ensure deadlines and obligations are met.
Executive Business Support
Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing and scheduling high-level meetings, strategic sessions, and events.
Screen and summarize incoming emails, chat messages, and correspondence, drafting responses for review.
Prepare meeting briefs, conduct research, and track follow-up actions to completion.
Review monthly business and financial reports, highlighting key changes, trends, and areas for the CEO's attention.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex itineraries.
Represent the CEO professionally in interactions with senior stakeholders, partners, and institutions.
Private & Family Office Support
Assist with selected personnel and family-related administrative matters.
Coordinate personal travel, events, and engagements while ensuring confidentiality.
Maintain records and documentation for personal assets, properties, and investments.
Support personal banking, insurance, and contractual matters in alignment with compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Family Office role supporting senior leadership or UHNW individuals.
Strong legal, compliance, or corporate governance background, with ability to handle regulatory, tax, and banking processes across jurisdictions.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft formal correspondence to high standards.
High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and professional communication tools.
Absolute discretion and ability to manage sensitive information in both business and private contexts.
Comfort with periodic international travel for business and personal matters.
