Executive Assistant & Videographer (Full-Time, Female) - DUBAI I’m looking for a flexible and reliable Executive Assistant & Videographer with great attention to detail to support me in my day-to-day work in Dubai’s luxury real estate world. This role is a unique mix of creative videography and hands-on executive assistance, perfect for someone who loves being on the move, creating beautiful content, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing * * Accompany me throughout the day and assist with everyday business tasks * * Preparing brochures, printing marketing materials, updating contacts/ calendars * * Responding to messages, scheduling appointments, and managing small admin tasks * * Filming with me on a daily basis (vlog-style, property walkthroughs, lifestyle snippets) * * Videography editing: cutting, assembling, and polishing content for social media * * Ensuring everything looks aesthetically pleasing What I’m Looking For * * Female, full-time availability * * Own car + valid driver’s license * * Flexible schedule (real estate hours can vary, some weekends, some lighter weeks) * * VERY Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality * * Creative eye for aesthetics, luxury branding, and social-media-friendly visuals * * Experience filming and editing videos (vlogs, real estate, lifestyle, or similar) * * Someone trustworthy, proactive, and easy-going, who can adapt quickly and confidently * * OWN VISA (I will provide a visa after 3 months probation period) What You’ll Get * * Very fair compensation * * Bonuses + paid vacation (paid trips to your home country) * * Extra flexible vacation days based on workload * * Deep insight into Dubai’s real estate lifestyle & luxury property market * * A positive, supportive, and respectful working environment � Application Requirements Please include the following in your application: 1.
