الأدوار والمسؤوليات

To lead the design, development, and execution of all exhibition and event environments at House of Wisdom. The Exhibition Designer is responsible for conceptualizing spatial narratives and producing detailed plans for implementation—from ideation through to installation and post-production quality control. This role ensures that every exhibition and event space is immersive, functional, and aligned with curatorial intent, audience experience, and institutional identity.

  • Translate curatorial and program content into spatial design concepts aligned with audience experience

  • Produce technical drawings and fabrication-ready files using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of exhibition and event production, from vendor coordination to on-site installation and

quality control

  • Ensure timely delivery, safety, and alignment with design intent

  • Coordinate closely with exhibitions, events, operations, and facilities teams to manage timelines and technical

requirements

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bachelor s degree in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or related field

  • Minimum 5 7 years of experience in exhibition, event, spatial, or experiential design, preferably in a cultural or

museum setting

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar industry-standard tools

  • Demonstrated ability to produce technical documentation and manage design-to-production workflows

  • Proven experience overseeing installation and coordinating with production teams

  • Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and visitor accessibility

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required

  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments preferred

  • Spatial Creativity: Designs immersive and accessible environments that enhance storytelling and engagement

  • Technical Precision: Demonstrates high accuracy in architectural drawings and production files

  • Problem-Solving: Adapts quickly to feedback, space constraints, and fabrication realities

  • Collaborative Communication: Works effectively with curators, event leads, vendors, and operations

  • Execution Ownership: Oversees projects from sketch to install with attention to detail
