Key Responsibilities

  • Handle qualified, pre-screened leads provided by the company and convert them into successful property transactions

  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, negotiations, and final closings

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai’s property market, current trends, and project portfolios

  • Collaborate with internal mortgage specialists to facilitate financing options for clients

  • Coordinate with the operations and admin team to ensure smooth deal processing and documentation

  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions to uphold brand reputation


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai or internationally

  • Proven track record as a closer with high conversion rates

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market (communities, developers, off-plan & secondary market)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Fluency in English

  • Looking for English Speakers, Russian/Ukrainian Speakers, Arabic Speakers as well as Native French or Spanish Speakers to handle clients from across the globe

You will be supported by our in-house mortgage division with direct connections to major banks, along with full administrative and operational backend support. This role is ideal for experienced agents who want to maximize their earning potential and focus purely on sales performance.
