Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative to provide a full range of services designed to enhance the guest experience. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, or cleaning work and storage areas, our Guest Service Experts ensure that every transaction becomes an integral part of the guest experience.

Regardless of your position, there are a number of things fundamental to success (creating a safe work environment, following company guidelines and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that your uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional).

Guest Service Experts are always on the go (standing, sitting, walking for long periods, moving across slopes, which are not always even and sometimes slippery), checking the menu (reading and verifying the information), and engaging in all sorts of tasks (moving things, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 50 pounds without assistance; reaching high places and bending down; and performing movements that require bending their knees, twisting, stretching, and stooping). It is essential that Guest Service Experts consistently perform these tasks (and other reasonable tasks requested) well to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the hotel.
