الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Own the overall operational and financial performance of the precast factory in line with approved budgets and targets.
  • Prepare and manage annual factory budgets, production forecasts, and operating plans.
  • Monitor and control cost per cubic meter, material consumption, wastage, and labor productivity.
  • Establish strong financial discipline through accurate production reporting, inventory control and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Finance teams to support production planning, cost reporting and billing readiness.
  • Support leadership in developing the precast business roadmap, including capacity planning and scalability aligned with Tawazun’s project pipeline.
  • Manage manpower planning, shift allocation and workforce deployment to meet production demands.
  • Provide regular, structured performance updates to the General Manager.
  • Ensure all precast products comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate production priorities to meet project delivery schedules and internal customer requirements.
  • Proactively address quality issues through corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support client inspections, audits and technical visits to the factory when required.
  • Maintain a strong reputation for reliability, consistency and quality excellence in precast delivery.
  • Establish, implement and continuously improve factory SOPs covering production, quality control, curing, storage and dispatch.
  • Drive lean manufacturing and productivity improvements to optimise cycle times and reduce rework.
  • Introduce and maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance dashboards for production, quality and cost.
  • Lead digital adoption for production tracking, inventory management and reporting, aligned with Tawazun systems.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, QHSE standards and authority requirements relevant to precast manufacturing.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for defects, delays or incidents and institutionalise lessons learned across the plant.
  • Build, lead and retain a competent and disciplined factory workforce, including supervisors, foremen and operators.
  • Create a culture of accountability, safety, ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Enforce strict compliance with HSE policies, safety protocols and toolbox talks.
  • Coach and develop key team members to build internal capability and succession.
  • Act as a role model for Tawazun’s values, professionalism and ethical conduct.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Batherlors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related field

  • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Operations, Finance or Management is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of contract law, budgeting, and cost control principles.

  • Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proven experience in setting up, stabilising or independently running a manufacturing plant.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment across multiple construction projects.

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial oversight, risk management and strategic commercial decision-making.

  • Proven success implementing commercial process improvements and digital solutions to enhance efficiency.

  • Strong exposure to production planning, quality systems, cost control and labour management.

  • GCC or UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
