1️⃣ Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee full set of accounts for group entities

• Prepare consolidated monthly management reports

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing

• Monitor revenue streams (retail, wholesale, workshop, services)

• Analyze gross margins and profitability by division

2️⃣ Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting process across business units

• Monitor actual vs budget performance

• Conduct variance analysis and present corrective recommendations

• Support management in financial planning and expansion decisions

3️⃣ Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Manage group cash flow and liquidity

• Monitor receivables ageing and credit control

• Optimize inventory turnover and stock valuation

• Coordinate with banks for facilities (LCs, guarantees, loans)

4️⃣ Compliance & UAE Regulatory Requirements

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations

• Oversee VAT filings and FTA submissions

• Coordinate with external auditors

• Ensure adherence to IFRS standards

• Manage corporate tax compliance (where applicable)

5️⃣ Cost Control & Operational Efficiency

• Monitor workshop/job costing and labour efficiency

• Evaluate procurement and supplier payment cycles

• Implement internal control measures

• Identify cost-saving opportunities

6️⃣ Team Leadership & Systems

• Supervise accounting team across entities

• Strengthen SOPs and financial processes

• Ensure ERP system accuracy (inventory, invoicing, payroll integration)

• Train and guide finance staff
