Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Manage the company's financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to management
• Ensure compliance with all local and international tax laws and regulations
• Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts
• Provide financial analysis and support to management, including financial modelling, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices
• Manage the company's cash flow, including the preparation of cash flow forecasts and the management of working capital
• Provide leadership and support to the finance team, including coaching, training, and development
