FM Engineer - Civil eMinds

We are looking for a skilled Facility Management Engineer (Civil) to manage civil maintenance, repairs, and projects across multiple facilities. The candidate must have strong experience in building fabric, structural works, and finishing works, with hands-on expertise in diagnosing and resolving site issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil maintenance and repair activities across facilities

• Manage and supervise works related to:

  • Concrete works (including colored/stamped concrete)

  • RCC structures and structural repairs

  • Block work and masonry

  • Painting and gypsum works

  • Waterproofing systems

  • Interlock and external paving works

• Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting, including:

  • Rainwater leakage issues

  • Structural defects and cracks

  • Waterproofing failures

• Handle carpentry and joinery works, including:

  • Doors (bi-folding & sliding)

  • Pergolas and wooden structures

• Supervise facade maintenance and polishing works

• Carry out high-level inspections (rope access coordination/assessment)

• Ensure all works are executed as per quality, safety, and project standards

• Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely completion of tasks

• Prepare inspection reports, maintenance logs, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE regulations
