Key Responsibilities

- Present menus, explain dishes, and make thoughtful recommendations to guests.
- Maintain a clean, elegant, and organized dining environment at all times.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery.
- Handle guest feedback gracefully, ensuring each experience exceeds expectations.
- Comply with hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols throughout all service operations.
- Support the execution of private events and special functions within dining venues.
- Process orders and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Contribute to creating an atmosphere that reflects the refined luxury of Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts.

- Professional grooming, elegant demeanor, and a passion for luxury service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is an asset.
