Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out.
- Verify guest identity, manage payment methods, and assign rooms accurately.
- Enter and update guest data, including Marriott Bonvoy information.
- Handle billing adjustments, payment processing, and daily cashier reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Train and motivate front office staff to deliver consistent quality service.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and financial procedures.
- Support management in coaching and performance evaluation of team members.

Minimum 1 year of front desk or supervisory experience in a hotel setting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with hotel management and POS systems.

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
