Job Description

Job Vacancy:

**Job Title:** Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Staff

**Location:** Dubai – Al Quoz | **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | **Working Days:** 6 days (Sunday is a day off)

**Detailed Responsibilities:**

• Receive shipments and verify that quantities match invoices.

• Organize the warehouse and monitor product expiration dates.

• Fulfill orders (Picking, Packing, Labeling) and print shipping labels/waybills.

• Record inventory movements and transactions within the system (Odoo/Shopify).

• Update inventory records in real-time.

• Conduct monthly inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare delivery notes, coordinate with delivery services, and manage product returns.

• Adhere to safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and quality guidelines.

**Requirements:**

• Experience in e-commerce operations and the use of relevant tools; basic proficiency in Excel is required. Experience with inventory management systems (Odoo/Shopify) is preferred.

• Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Education Level: High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or higher.

• Ability to ride a motorcycle or possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.

**Working Hours & Leave:**

• 8-hour shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days per week (Sunday is a day off).

• **Salary:** AED 2,200 + Special Monthly Bonus + Mobile Phone & Internet Allowance + Transportation Allowance.
