About the Company
the company is a Dubai-based ceramics distribution company specializing in premium tiles and ceramics for the UAE construction and development market. With operations including a manufacturing plant and showrooms in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we serve leading developers and
construction companies across the Emirates.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our operations and drive significant top-line growth. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for an energetic, results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a direct impact on business
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing facility and showrooms
Drive sales and marketing initiatives to double company revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and construction companies across UAE
Manage factory relocation and operational transition
Oversee team of 50 to 200 employees
Optimize inventory management and product sourcing strategies
Develop and execute growth strategies for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and broader UAE markets

Required Qualifications
5-10 years of managerial or COO-level experience
Strong sales and marketing background with proven track record of revenue growth
Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Based in Dubai with deep knowledge of UAE market (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah)
Experience in ceramics, tiles, construction materials, or related manufacturing industries preferred
Hands-on operational mindset focused on execution and results
Strong network in UAE construction and development sectors
Energetic, passionate leader who puts business first
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced business degree
Experience in turnaround or restructuring situations
Private equity or fast-growth environment experience
Syrian nationality (valued for industry expertise)

We need a dynamic leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, building customer relationships, and driving operational improvements while managing the complete business P&L.
