سيكون خبراء تجربة الضيوف على أقدامهم ويتحركون (الوقوف، الجلوس، أو المشي لفترة طويلة؛ التحرك عبر المساحات الضيقة أو المحدودة أو المرتفعة بالإضافة إلى الصعود والنزول على السلالم و/أو منحدرات الخدمة) ويتخذون نهجًا عمليًا في العمل (تحريك، رفع، حمل، دفع، سحب، ووضع أشياء تزن أقل من أو تساوي 50 رطلاً بدون مساعدة و100 رطل مع المساعدة؛ الوصول إلى الأعلى وأسفل الركبتين، بما في ذلك الانحناء، والالتواء، والسحب، والانحناء).
