The Gym Attendant ensures smooth daily operations of the hotel fitness center by maintaining equipment, ensuring guest safety, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports guests wellness experiences and reflects Accor s commitment to providing quality leisure and lifestyle facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the gym and provide assistance with equipment use and facility information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area, including sanitizing all equipment regularly.
• Inspect fitness machines, weights, and accessories to ensure safe and proper function.
• Monitor gym activity to ensure guests adhere to safety and conduct guidelines.
• Respond promptly to any incidents or injuries following safety and first-aid procedures.
• Support guests with general fitness guidance and encourage proper equipment usage.
• Assist new members or guests with gym orientation and access procedures.
• Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere aligned with Accor s guest experience standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for any required repairs or replenishments.
• Uphold grooming and uniform standards at all times.
