Hardware Engineer

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as the initial point of contact for end-users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Install, Configure, and Maintain IT Equipment
Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install and update software applications and system tools to ensure compatibility and security.
Monitor and Maintain IT Systems
Support the daily operation of network systems, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
Perform routine maintenance to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks or potential failures.
User Account and Access Management
Assist in creating and managing user accounts, email setups, and access rights based on organizational policies.
Support IT Asset Management
Track and update inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
Ensure proper documentation, tagging, and movement of IT equipment.
Assist in Network and Server Maintenance
