Head of Project Development Services (PDS) Jones Lang LaSalle

Responsibilities

Sales role

• Actively network, build and develop client relationships across all markets (Client segments: Corporate, Investors, Landlords and Asset classes: offices, mixed use, hotels, education etc.)

• Develop opportunities across all markets into proposals and sales.

• Liaise with other JLL expertise and departments to build integrated multi-expertise approaches to solve our clients complex problems (Leasing agency, Capital Markets, Sustainability, Consulting, Smart Building, Design & Build etc.)

• Lead bid responses on behalf of Project & Development services, confidently deliver client presentations / pitches.

• Manage or supervise contract negotiation process until signature.

Operational role

• Deliver key strategic Consult / Manage / Design / Build projects for clients (local companies and large international companies) and ensure quality management for other projects

• Our key services/products:

• Development advisory

• Building consultancy

• Major schemes (base build)

• Project & Cost Management for Investors/Landlord (base build)

• Project Management for Occupiers (fit-out)

• Net Zero Carbon asset strategies and projects

Managerial role

• Be accountable for Project & Development Services P&L profitability and growth

• Build and monitor objectives for team members

• Organize team staffing

• Actively participate to talent acquisition

• Ensure rise in expertise and knowledge management

• Innovate in new methodologies and new tools

• Incarnate leader role towards other JLL departments

Thought leadership role

• Be an inspirational leader that influences internally and externally

• Represent UAE in JLL Project & Development Services community in EMEA and worldwide

• Participate to events, conferences, webinars etc.
