Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Analytics Ownership & Architecture
- Lead the design of scalable revenue data models across pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and performance.
- Partner with IT and Data Engineering to ensure performance, security, and scalability of the revenue analytics stack.
- Partnership with Global Analytics Function
- Align revenue analytics requirements with enterprise data standards, tooling, and governance.
- Ensure consistency between enterprise-wide analytics initiatives and commercial reporting.
- Advanced & Predictive Analytics
- Develop models to forecast pipeline risk, deal slippage, win probability, and revenue confidence.
- Champion experimentation and iterative improvement of analytical models.
- Data Integration & External Data Enablement
- Drive the integration of additional internal and third-party data sources, including:
- Market and industry data
- Client and fund-level intelligence
- Benchmarking and competitive insights
- Alternative and external signals relevant to revenue generation
- Ensure third-party data is mapped, governed, and made actionable within commercial tools.
- Drive the integration of additional internal and third-party data sources, including:
- Analytics Build & Insight Delivery
- Lead the build of executive dashboards and scorecards for:
- Forecast accuracy and confidence
- Pipeline health and conversion
- Sales productivity and performance
- Regional, product, and segment trends
- Support QBRs, MBRs, and board-level reporting with defensible, consistent analytics.
- Lead the build of executive dashboards and scorecards for:
- Data Governance, Quality & Trust
- Establish monitoring and controls for data quality, completeness, and integrity.
- Partner with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and CRM to drive upstream data discipline.
- Leadership & Capability Development
- Set standards for analytical rigor, documentation, and technical excellence.
- Develop talent capable of operating confidently across data, AI, and commercial stakeholders.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Must-Have
10-15+ years in analytics, data, or revenue intelligence roles. Experience leading analytics in financial services, fund administration, fintech, or regulated B2B environments. Strong hands-on background in data modeling, SQL, analytics engineering, and BI. Proven experience working with enterprise analytics and AI/data science teams. Demonstrated success translating complex analytics into commercial action.
Nice-to-Have
Experience operationalising AI or predictive insights in CRM or GTM tools. Exposure to third-party data integration and alternative data sources. Familiarity with long-cycle, complex B2B sales and forecasting models.
