Strategic Leadership Role – Company-based FinTech Platform

Position Title: Head of SME Financial Advisory & Digital Compliance

Reporting To: Chief AI FinTech Architect / Founder

Position Overview

The Head of SME Financial Advisory & Digital Compliance is a strategic leader and product master for Company’s SME platform. This role blends financial advisory, regulatory compliance, IT, and AI/technology expertise to:

• Lead the company’s digital financial services and compliance offerings

• Optimize and enhance the Company platform for UAE and regional clients

• Drive expansion into new markets outside the UAE

• Integrate AI and automation into financial advisory and SME operations

• Ensure that SMEs achieve regulatory compliance while leveraging state-of-the-art fintech solutions

This is a high-impact leadership position, requiring hands-on technology expertise, strategic vision, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic SME Financial & Tech Advisory

• Provide high-level financial guidance to SMEs and startups, integrating AI-driven insights:

  • Cash flow, budgeting, cost optimization

  • Financial planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency

  • Technology-enabled growth strategies

• Lead initiatives to automate and optimize financial processes via Company and AI tools.

2. UAE & Regional Tax & Compliance Leadership

• Ensure SMEs comply with UAE and regional regulations:

  • VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting

  • Record-keeping and regulatory documentation

• Build processes to support expansion into KSA, GCC, and MENA markets

3. Product Mastery – Company Platform

• Own deep technical understanding of Company and related fintech tools

• Drive platform enhancements, AI features, and automation for SMEs

• Lead adoption, training, and client onboarding on the platform

• Collaborate with IT and AI teams to ensure product scalability and innovation

4. Client Relationship & Advisory Leadership

• Establish long-term advisory relationships with SME clients

• Deliver proactive, tech-enabled financial insights

• Monitor and report on client financial health using dashboards and analytics

5. Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with Chief AI FinTech Architect to design innovative solutions

• Provide input to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and digital reporting

• Lead cross-functional initiatives for regional expansion and product improvement

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

  • Accounting, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related fields

• Professional certifications highly desirable:

  • ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent

  • FinTech / AI / Data Analytics certifications are a plus

  • Experience

    • 10+ years in SME advisory, accounting, fintech, or tax compliance

    • Proven leadership in a technology-driven organization

    • Hands-on experience with digital accounting platforms, AI, and automation tools

    • Experience managing multi-country/regional SME operations
