We are at the stage of establishing an exclusive Medical Consultancy Firm dedicated to supporting high-profile families as they navigate local and international healthcare options. This new entity will serve as a trusted point of reference helping clients select the right specialists, hospitals, and treatment pathways, both within the UAE and abroad.

To lead this strategic initiative, we are looking for a seasoned healthcare leader with the vision, credibility, and operational expertise to build this advisory practice from the ground up.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek an individual backed up with at least 15 years of practical experience who brings deep healthcare leadership experience, strong ethical standards, and the confidence to represent our clients interests at the highest professional level. The ideal candidate is not only academically accomplished but also commercially driven, able to balance medical advisory excellence with business growth and profitability.

Core Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a closely related field
• Valid DHA License.
• Proven experience in healthcare operations; experience as a Hospital Director is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and specialist networks.
• A solid track record of profitability, business development, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will be entrusted with shaping the consultancy foundation, service standards, and growth strategy.

Your Main Duties Include:

• Developing the full business framework for the consultancy, including service lines, pricing models, operational plans, and strategic partnerships
• Leading recruitment and building a skilled advisory team capable of delivering exceptional VIP client experience
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with top-tier specialists, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and international medical institutions
• Participating in global and regional healthcare summits, conferences, and professional forums to stay at the forefront of medical advisory trends
• Overseeing client cases with professionalism, discretion, and accuracy
• Driving profitability, ensuring sustainable growth, service excellence, and client satisfaction
• Establishing clear advisory protocols and ensuring all activities comply with DHA and international standards
