Head Chef – Healthy Diet Café Location: Al Madam, Sharjah Company: New Life Healthy Café About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with strong knowledge of healthy diet food, protein meals, calorie balance, and meal prep for gym clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about nutrition, fitness, and creative healthy cooking. Key Responsibilities: Develop and prepare high-protein, low-calorie, and balanced diet meals. Design meal plans suitable for gym and fitness clients. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Manage inventory, food costing, and daily operations. Collaborate with management to update the healthy menu regularly. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a health-focused restaurant or café. Knowledge of macronutrients, calories, and meal portioning. Creativity in developing new healthy dishes. Leadership and team management skills. Preferred: Experience with gym meal prep or nutrition-based menus.
