Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in assigned departments such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, or Guest Services.
• Gain hands-on experience by shadowing supervisors and assisting in service delivery.
• Learn and apply Marriott s service standards to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Perform administrative tasks, assist with event setups, and participate in team briefings.
• Observe and contribute to hotel operations, including guest interaction and back-office coordination.
• Maintain professionalism, grooming, and etiquette aligned with brand standards.
• Participate in internal learning programs and development sessions.
• Collaborate with other interns and departments to complete cross-functional projects.
• Uphold health, safety, and quality standards throughout the internship period.
