1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation activities at the project site.
• Ensure all HVAC works (ducting, piping, equipment installation, insulation) are executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Identify, address, and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.

2. Design & Technical Support

• Review HVAC drawings, load calculations, and technical submittals.
• Support engineering teams by providing site feedback on design implementation.
• Verify that installed systems meet design requirements and efficiency standards.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure high installation quality.
• Supervise testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Maintain proper documentation, checklists, and inspection reports.
• Ensure all works comply with safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Report deviations, propose corrective actions, and implement solutions on-site.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Serve as the on-site technical contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with MEP teams, civil teams, and other disciplines for smooth integration.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and requirements.
• Communicate material needs, workforce requirements, and work priorities to management.

5. Material & Resource Management

• Verify HVAC materials delivered to site against approved submittals.
• Track material usage and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement regarding delivery schedules and equipment requirements.
• Plan and allocate workforce efficiently to meet project deadlines.

6. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Assist in testing and commissioning of HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, chillers, pumps, and exhaust systems.
• Review performance test results and ensure systems operate as per specifications.
• Prepare as-built documentation and commissioning reports for final handover.
