Deliver engaging ICT lessons aligned with AERO Technology Framework, ISTE Standards, and school curriculum guidelines.

Teach:

• Basic and advanced computer operations
• Keyboarding and digital literacy
• Google Workspace/Microsoft Office applications
• Coding (Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS depending on grade level)
• Robotics and STEM tools
• Digital citizenship and online safety

Plan and implement age-appropriate instructional activities for KG G12 students (or designated grade bands).

Differentiate teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs (ELL students, SEN, gifted learners).

Develop formative and summative assessments aligned with AERO standards.

Evaluate student performance through projects, practical tasks, and digital portfolios.

Provide meaningful feedback to students and maintain accurate assessment records.

Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate technology across subjects.

Support teachers in using learning platforms such as Google Classroom, LMS systems, and educational apps.

Promote safe, responsible, and ethical use of technology in line with UAE cyber safety guidelines.

Maintain computer labs, devices (Chromebooks/iPads/laptops), and ICT equipment.

Ensure functionality of software and hardware and coordinate with the IT department when required.

Establish a positive, well-managed classroom environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Participate in school-wide events, ICT fairs, STEM competitions, and innovation activities.

Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.

Contribute to curriculum review, school improvement initiatives, and accreditation processes (e.g., Cognia accreditation common in UAE American schools).
