Interior Designer Virtual Key FZE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong experience in the UAE fit-out industry.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling projects end-to-end — from client brief and concept development through to execution and final handover, ensuring designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Design Ownership

• Manage projects from initial client briefing to final execution and handover

• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget

• Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations

• Ensure smooth transition from design to execution

2. Concept Development & Design Execution

• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and detailed design documentation

• Develop space planning, material selection, and finish specifications

• Ensure designs are functional, aesthetic, and executable on site

• Work closely with project and site teams to ensure design accuracy

3. Client Interaction & Presentation

• Conduct client meetings and present design concepts confidently

• Incorporate feedback and manage design revisions

• Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction

4. Coordination & Collaboration

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams

• Ensure alignment between design intent and site execution

• Support site team during implementation and resolve design-related issues

5. Authority Approvals & Compliance

• Prepare and submit drawings for approvals (DM, Trakhees, DDA, etc.)

• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and standards

6. Material & Vendor Coordination

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for design requirements
