Parsons Corporation is hiring an Irrigation Inspector to support construction supervision and quality assurance for landscape and irrigation projects in Dubai. The role involves conducting site inspections, verifying compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and ensuring that irrigation and landscaping works meet required standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Inspect landscape and irrigation works on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and codes.
* Conduct regular surveillance of construction activities and verify adherence to approved methods and procedures.
* Review site conditions and confirm suitability for designed landscape and irrigation installations.
* Identify non-conforming works, document findings, and assist in developing corrective action plans.
* Maintain inspection records, progress logs, and daily reports of site activities.
* Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
* Verify temporary works and ensure safety and quality compliance on all irrigation installations.
* Provide practical advice on construction and technical issues during execution.
* Support the preparation of snag lists, follow-up inspections, and closeout activities.
* Promote and enforce site health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Ideal Profile

* Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor s degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in irrigation, landscaping, and infrastructure supervision.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
* Proven knowledge of construction procedures, quality standards, and inspection protocols.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
* Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
* Prior experience in irrigation projects within the Emirate of Dubai is an advantage.
