TASA Gulf Industry LLC is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, Odoo ERP system, website, and digital operations.The role includes ERP management, API integrations, cloud hosting, server administration, automation of business processes, website handling, and cybersecurity implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth digital operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support employees with IT needs. Candidates with experience in Odoo ERP, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud), API integrations, system automation, cyber security policies, and UAE experience will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

ERP Management & API Integrations

Manage, maintain, and optimize the Odoo ERP system across the organisation.

Configure and maintain modules, workflows, user roles, and access permissions.

Develop and manage API integrations between Odoo and third-party applications or internal systems.

Identify and resolve ERP system bugs, performance issues, and customisation requirements. Coordinate with developers and vendors for ERP enhancements and integration projects.

Cloud Hosting & Server Management

Manage and monitor cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Ensure server health, uptime, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.

Handle domain management, hosting services, and cloud security configurations.

Implement scalable cloud solutions to support company growth and digital initiatives.

Website & Digital Operations

Maintain and manage the company website, ensuring uptime, security, and optimal performance. Troubleshoot website bugs, errors, and vulnerabilities.

Implement website updates, patches, and functionality improvements.

Automation & Process Optimisation

Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes.

Integrate systems for workflow efficiency, accurate data flow, and reporting.

Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance productivity.

Email & IT Infrastructure

Manage company email systems including setup, troubleshooting, and security.

Maintain network systems, LAN, internet connectivity, and IT hardware.

Oversee IT assets including servers, computers, printers, and networking devices.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

Develop and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and cybersecurity measures.

Ensure data protection, firewalls, antivirus systems, and vulnerability monitoring.

Conduct system audits, updates, and regular security checks.

Technical Support & Monitoring

Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network issues.
