What You'll Be Doing
Your main focus will be online sales and client engagement. Here's what a typical week might include:
Online Sales & Outreach
Engage with potential clients through digital channels: email, LinkedIn, and social media
Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations via video calls
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through consistent communication
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
Lead Generation & Qualification
Research and identify potential B2B clients in target markets
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
Create personalized outreach messages that resonate with prospects
Track and report on lead generation metrics
Client Relationship Building
Build genuine connections with prospects through active listening
Understand client pain points and present relevant solutions
Support senior team members in managing existing accounts
Gather feedback from clients to improve our approach
Presentations & Demos
Deliver compelling online presentations about our platform
Participate in webinars and virtual events as a company representative
Create and share relevant content to engage potential clients
Continuously improve presentation skills based on feedback
Market Research & Strategy
Stay informed about EdTech and HR-tech market trends
Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team
Contribute ideas for new outreach strategies and campaigns
Help identify new market segments and opportunities
Growth & Learning
Actively participate in sales training and skill development programs
Shadow senior team members to learn best practices
Set personal goals and track progress toward targets
Embrace feedback as an opportunity to grow
What We're Looking For

Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply
Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Public Speaking & Presentation
Experience presenting to groups — academic projects, student organizations, or any public setting
Comfortable speaking on camera for video calls and recordings
Clear and articulate verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt your message to different audiences
Digital Skills
Comfortable with digital tools: Google Workspace, CRM systems, video conferencing
Basic understanding of social media platforms for professional use
Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
English proficiency for business communication
Personal Qualities
Genuine curiosity about people and their needs
Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve
Team player who values collaboration and feedback
