Junior Estimation & Sales Engineer – Cathodic Protection Corrosion Technology Services Middle East LLC

Job Summary

The Junior Estimation & Sales Engineer – Cathodic Protection will support the preparation of cost estimates, technical proposals, and sales activities for cathodic protection (CP) systems.

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & Proposal Support

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and basic BOQs for cathodic protection projects.

• Review RFQs, drawings, and technical specifications under supervision.

• Support material take-offs for CP components such as anodes, cables, rectifiers, and test stations.

• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, datasheets, and compliance documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect pricing and technical information.

Sales & Client Support

• Support the sales team by preparing technical clarifications and proposal documentation.

• Participate in client meetings and pre-bid discussions alongside senior engineers.

• Assist in responding to client queries during tender and bid stages.

• Help maintain customer and vendor records.

Technical Learning & Support

• Assist in basic cathodic protection calculations and system selection under supervision.

• Learn applicable CP standards (AMPP/NACE, ISO, DNV) and company design practices.

• Support senior engineers during site visits, surveys, and inspections when required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare cost summaries, spreadsheets, and estimation records.

• Maintain organized bid files, vendor quotations, and estimation databases.

• Assist in preparing internal reports and bid status updates.
