This position offers a unique opportunity for a high-potential, analytically minded individual to gain hands-on exposure to multi-asset trading across equities, fixed income, and digital assets . The role combines fundamental research , quantitative analysis , and trade execution , providing an exceptional learning platform within a sophisticated buy-side environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing and monitoring discretionary and systematic trades. Conduct research using bottom-up fundamental and top-down momentum approaches. Build and maintain analytical models for valuation, risk, and performance tracking. Support the development and back-testing of quantitative trading signals . Prepare trade summaries, performance reports, and market commentary. Collaborate closely with senior traders and portfolio managers on daily strategy discussions. Candidate Profile 1 3 years of experience in trading, investment research, or quantitative analysis. Background in hedge fund, prop-trading, or asset-management environments preferred. Solid grasp of equity and fixed-income markets ; interest in digital assets advantageous. Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg ; working knowledge of Python / R / SQL desirable. Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics , or related discipline. Highly numerate, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within a high-performance culture.
