  • As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of key accounts and corporates, ensuring customer retention and maximizing output from the account portfolio. You will support the department in sales strategies and performance to exceed revenue targets, while building effective relationships with customers to enhance profitability. Additionally, you will develop and implement customer retention strategies, contribute to sales policy and strategy, maintain reporting systems, and collaborate with the accounts team to minimize debts. Your role requires maintaining the corporate image, providing data to assist marketing campaigns, and actively participating in networking groups to build customer satisfaction.



What You Will Do:

Account Management


  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and corporates to ensure customer retention and maximize output from key account portfolio.

  • Build strong and effective account management relationships with all customers.

  • Develop customer relationships to enhance profit levels and penetration of services.

  • Plan and implement customer retention and relationship development.

  • Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems as required by the Line Manager.

  • Work closely with accounts and collections team to ensure debts are minimized.


Sales Strategy and Performance


  • Support the Head of Department in sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth, and revenue targets are met or exceeded for corporate customers.

  • Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy within the sales and marketing function.

  • Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to assist in planning strategies for acquiring potential business and understanding future trends.

  • Provide vital statistics to the Marketing team to assist in strategizing future campaigns.

  • Meet and deliver against all sales revenue and profit targets for lease and rental products.

  • Grow accounts by cross-selling other Al-Futtaim products and services.


Brand Management and Networking


  • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation while protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and personal presentation.

  • Build awareness of Al-Futtaim products, including financial services, rental, leasing, Auto, Truck/Bus, and Industrial Equipment within the local corporate community.

  • Become actively integrated with key local networking groups.

  • Build high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.

  • Track record as a team player with evidence of building cross-business support.

  • Target oriented and driven to exceed demanding challenges.

  • Market awareness and understanding of customer and competitor challenges.

  • Strong English communication skills; reading, writing, and speaking.

  • Preferably educated to degree or equivalent level with Arabic communication skills as an advantage.

  • Sales and Business Development background.

  • Good applied knowledge of MS Office.
