Role Summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to support major road, bridge, and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves performing land and field surveys, geodetic calculations, and ensuring accurate setting-out for construction works. The surveyor will collaborate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality survey data and support the development of world-class infrastructure.

What You ll Do

• Conduct land and field surveys, geodetic calculations, and setting-out works for roads, bridges, and utilities
• Verify project survey requirements with clients and contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform level checks, service location verification, and ensure service protection during construction
• Prepare survey sketches, maintain field books, calculations, and survey records
• Support the preparation of as-built drawings and quantity measurement for completed works
• Ensure survey work is delivered on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets
• Adhere to site safety standards and actively participate in health and safety programs
• Provide technical input and coordination with engineers, inspectors, and construction teams
• Carry out additional responsibilities related to surveying as required by the Resident Engineer

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or related discipline
• Minimum 7 10 years of experience in surveying for roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in CAD software, survey software, GPS equipment, total station, and data collectors
• Must hold Dubai Municipality Survey Approval
• Familiarity with construction sequencing, standard procedures, and quality assurance in infrastructure projects
• Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to report clearly and logically
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork on construction sites
