Legal Counsel / Legal Executive (Licensed, English & Chinese Speaking)

We are seeking a **legally qualified and licensed legal professional** to support our corporate services operations and liaise with clients, external law firms, regulators, and banks. The role requires **fluency in both English and Chinese**.

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Corporate Matters

• Handle and oversee corporate legal matters, including:

• Company incorporation, restructuring, and dissolution

• Corporate governance and statutory compliance

• Preparation and review of corporate documents (resolutions, agreements, NDAs)

• Support and coordinate licence applications (e.g. gaming, fintech, financial or other regulated licences)

• Review legal advice provided by external law firms and ensure alignment with client

and business needs

• Maintain corporate records, compliance calendars, and statutory filings

Client, Regulator & Third-Party Coordination

• Act as a legal point of contact for clients, law firms, regulators, and banks

• Assist with KYC, AML, and due diligence documentation for banks and payment providers

• Follow up on legal deliverables, timelines, and fees with external parties

Bilingual Legal Support

• Draft, review, and translate legal and corporate documents between English and Chinese

• Support bilingual communication with clients and counterparties

• Ensure accurate and consistent legal terminology in both languages
